Lindsey concentrates her practice on corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. She is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents and commercial agreements; representing clients in private financings, private placement offerings, and securities filings; and advising on general corporate matters, such as entity formation, corporate governance, and succession planning. 

Before joining the firm, Lindsey was an associate with an NLJ 500 firm based in Minneapolis, where she represented private companies in connection with buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as part of her broad corporate practice. 

Lindsey earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a managing editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law. She earned her M.B.A. concurrently from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Lindsey earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas.
