Adam has experience conducting internal investigations relating to alleged discrimination and sexual misconduct at academic institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York, where he represented academic institutions, and other publicly traded companies in a broad range of high-profile regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Adam earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for outstanding academic achievement.
