Hope joined Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies’ research team in August 2018.

Hope graduated from Stanford University in 2017 with an M.A. in public policy with a concentration in organizational behavior and design, as well as in 2016 with a B.A. with honors in international relations. Her previous experience includes work at the Senate Democratic Policy and Communications Committee and a legislative internship in the office of Senator Schumer of New York. Before moving to D.C., Hope worked in West Africa with the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies, in South Africa with the Human Rights Media Centre, and in Belgium with Bruegel, the Brussels-based economic think tank.
