Jackson assists clients in matters related to the financing, acquisition/disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. His practice focuses on structuring, negotiating, and drafting a variety of transactional documents, analyzing due diligence materials, and coordinating complex deals through closing. A large part of Jackson’s time is focused on advising real estate companies in acquisitions, dispositions, developments, related financings, joint ventures, debt/equity structuring, like-kind exchanges and leasing. In addition, Jackson represents lenders on a wide variety of commercial real estate financing matters.
Jackson graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. After law school, Jackson served in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Jackson lives in Potomac, Maryland, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running, and playing golf and tennis.
