Megan’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and transactional matters, including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and French language and literature, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship. While in law school, she served as the lead executive editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and interned in-house and for a Pittsburgh location of a national law firm.
