Brandon has practiced in the Intellectual Property Practice Group since 2012. Brandon is a registered patent attorney with more than three decades of experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical and mechanical arts, including telecommunications systems, computer hardware systems (such as data backup and disaster recovery systems), semiconductors, light-emitting diodes, x-ray scanning systems and components for security and medical applications, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, business methods, e-commerce, financial systems, and industrial products including automotive parts. He advises clients on prosecution strategy and product design and has reviewed patent portfolios for potential purchase. He is also experienced in trademark prosecution.
Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1982. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 1985.
