Lindsey focuses her practice on corporate law, securities, and corporate governance. Her corporate practice spans mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, financing dispositions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters, and she represents clients in a variety of industries. Lindsey also advises clients with respect to public offerings of securities, securities regulation obligations, and securities law registrations. She works closely with public company issuers on securities law compliance and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor as a summer associate and then ultimately as an associate, Lindsey worked as a law clerk at two Massachusetts law firms. Prior to that, she was involved in politics at both the state and federal levels. Lindsey has experience working on political campaigns and has served in various roles within state political party organizations, has worked for a political action committee, and has worked for a 501(c)(4) public welfare organization.

Lindsey received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. She earned her B.A. from Bucknell University.
