Mark focuses his practice on coverage and bad faith litigation related to both first and third party disputes. He also has substantial experience in civil litigation, including business and real estate disputes, personal injury, product liability, and construction defect.
Mark has an extensive insurance background. Before transitioning to the legal profession, he served as a claims examiner for a major automobile insurance carrier and later became a regulatory analyst for a global insurance carrier.
Mark also serves as a part-time adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School, where he teaches a practical lawyering skills class to law students.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University Northridge. Following his career in the insurance field, Mark later earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School where he served as editor-in-chief of the Southwestern Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.
