Andrew is experienced in drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents, as well as real estate transaction documents, including deeds and assignments.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a corporate associate for a national law firm where he advised clients on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities, and real estate transactions. He organized and reviewed data rooms, drafted disclosure schedules for sell-side transactions, and reviewed materials for buy-side M&A transactions. He prepared ancillary documents and resolutions for purchase and sale transactions, as well as transaction documents for emerging businesses teams, including conversion agreements, option award agreements, and formation documents.
Before his legal career, Andrew was an entrepreneur in the sports memorabilia industry and successfully took his company from a startup to over $1 million in revenue.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree and LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
