The Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association will be holding their 2014 PMAA Board Member Training on March 13, 2014. Mark Vacha will be giving a presentation at the event titled, "SEC's Municipal Advisor Rule." PMAA training sessions are for both new and existing authority board members. Attendees will be advised on various roles and associated responsibilities of municipal authority board members in Pennsylvania.
