Kathy Jaffari will present on a panel titled "The Impact of ESG on Private Equity Deal" at the 2021 Business Law Section Virtual Spring Meeting hosted by the American Bar Association. The panelists will discuss the various ways in which ESG considerations may impact private equity transactions, how investor expectations, ESG-focused due diligence and external pressure from regulators and investors may impact the way in which private equity funds do deals.
