Debra Friedman, Diedrick Graham, and Maureen Holland will present “From DEI to I.D.E.A.: Elevating the Concepts of Inclusion and Diversity in DEI Programs” at the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel Diversity Summit. Debra, DA, and Maureen will cover the concept of neurodiversity and specific needs of neurodivergent people; how to make the workplace accessible to them; how to ensure inclusiveness for this group; and how intersectionality may come into play with neurodivergent people. They will also discuss how the concepts of accessibility and inclusiveness associated with neurodivergent people can serve as a model for accessibility and inclusiveness not necessarily tied to a protected class or a specific group.
