Matt Weinstein and Adam Silverman will present “Life Science Leasing – Not Your Parent’s Traditional Office Lease” at the Health, Biotech & Pharma CLE Institute hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel. Matt and Adam will review the distinctive features of life sciences leasing in contrast to more conventional office lease agreements, as well as review the often neglected and unexamined clauses within these leases. They will also provide insight into life sciences transactions from a C-suite perspective.
