Cozen O’Connor was recognized as a “Diversity Advocate" in MultiCultural Law Magazine’s 10th Anniversary issue. The firm is one of only seven law firms, and Macy’s law department, that is profiled in the magazine’s cumulative anniversary issue. MultiCultural Law Magazine is a national publication that focuses on diversity and inclusion within the profession. Cozen O'Connor was chosen as a featured firm because of consistently high rankings over the last several years in areas that impact the promotion of diversity in the firm and in the profession. 

Kimya S.P. Johnson, co-chair of the Diversity Committee and member of the Labor & Employment Group, states, “We are continuing to promote diversity and inclusion is well-integrated into the day-to-day functioning of the firm. We have integrated diversity and inclusion into our firm-wide Strategic Plan to ensure they remain an important aim for the future and at every level of firm function.
