Cozen O'Connor opened its Houston office in June 2004. Serving as the county seat of Harris County, the third most populous county in the country, our Houston office is located in the downtown area of Houston in One Houston Center.

One Houston Center occupies the city block bound by McKinney, Caroline, Walker and San Jacinto Streets on the east side of the Central Business District.

Follow signs from the airport to 1-45 South; take the McKinney Street exit (left lane) on the elevated portion of 1-45 South on the west side of downtown; the exit becomes McKinney Street; continue on McKinney Street to San Jacinto Street. One Houston Center occupies the city block bound by McKinney, Caroline, Walker and
San Jacinto Streets on the east side of the Central Business District.
From William P. Hobby Airport:
Follow signs from the airport to 1-45 North; Take exit for Downtown destinations and Scott St.; take the Pease Street exit; the exit becomes Pease Street; continue on Pease Street; turn right on San Jacinto Street; continue on San Jacinto to McKinney Street. One Houston Center occupies the city block bound by
McKinney, Caroline, Walker and San Jacinto Streets on the east side of the Central Business District.
From Ellington Field Airport:
Head north and then turn left at Brantly Ave. Right after turn right at Perrie St. Turn left at Morton Ave, and continue on Challenger Seven Pky. Turn right at Galveston Rd. Turn left onto the ramp to Beltway 8/E Sam Houston Pky S. Continue on Gulf Fwy, and take the I-45 N ramp. Then take exit 45 to Scott St/Downtown, and bear right onto the Dowling St ramp to Pease St/St Joseph Parkway. Continue on Gulf Fwy, and bear left at Pease St. Turn right at San Jacinto St, and then turn right at McKinney St.
Parking
There is no public parking in the One Houston Center building. However, public parking is available for visitors in the garage that serves Two Houston Center (one block west of One Houston Center), the garage that serves the Park at Houston Center (one block south of One Houston Center) and the Houston Center Garage 1 (one block northeast of One Houston Center). Parkers may enter the Two Houston Center garage on McKinney orWalker Streets. Parkers may enter the Park at Houston Center Garage from Caroline or Austin Streets. Parkers may enter Houston Center Garage 1 from Caroline or Walker Streets. These garages are open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:OO p.m. One Houston Center is accessible by the surface or by skywalks from these garages.
