Philadelphia, April 1, 2014 – Camille Miller, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department and the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, will be named a Client Choice 2014 winner on May 7, 2014 at a gala dinner held in London. This is the second year in a row Miller has been honored by this publication.
The Client Choice survey was conducted by International Law Office (ILO) and Lexology, with cooperation from the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), polling only senior corporate counsel. From a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments, 450 individuals were selected internationally, and 251 were included in the USA & Canada edition. When interviewed about Miller for the publication a client said, "without qualification or reservation Camille is in the top 1 percent of the best trademark attorneys with whom I have enjoyed the privilege of working." Miller concentrates her practice in all aspects of intellectual property, specifically trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, right of privacy, right of publicity, domain names, counterfeiting, data privacy and related breaches, licensing, trade secret and franchising law, as well as all areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret. She is an active member of the International Trademark Association, participating on Emerging Issues Subcommittee of the Issues and Policy Committee (2014-2016 and 2002-2004), Trademark Classification Committee (2012-2014), Trademark Trade Dress Committee (2008-2012), and Trademark Reporter Committee (2006-2008).
