Arielle Eisenberg to Serve as Co-Chair of ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Subcommittee

MIAMI, December 13, 2022Arielle Eisenberg, an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, has been named co-chair of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee Communications Subcommittee. Arielle will assist in marketing and membership development initiatives for the committee.

Arielle focuses her practice on labor and employment, specifically Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and retaliation. She also counsels clients on decisions regarding hiring, accommodations, discipline, and pay issues under the FLSA and conducts human resource trainings.
