Jeffrey Pasek, past chair of Cozen O'Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, has been elected as the chair of the board of trustees for the Marc Sanders Foundation. Jeff has served as a trustee for the foundation since 2013.

Jeff maintains a national practice of representing employers in all facets of labor and employment law. An active litigator, Jeff has tried cases and argued appeals in the federal courts throughout the United States, including before the U.S. Supreme Court. Jeff has also served in leadership roles in many regional and national civic organizations, and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.
