Cozen O'Connor has enjoyed an active New Jersey practice for more than 30 years opening its first New Jersey office in 1988. Our Cherry Hill office has 12 resident attorneys and regularly draws support from other firm attorneys who are admitted to practice in New Jersey but are resident in our Philadelphia office 10 miles away.

The office maintains an active litigation practice serving the federal courts in Camden, Trenton and Newark and state courts throughout New Jersey. Its location is just a short drive from the federal courthouses in Camden and Trenton and the state courthouses in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties.

Our Cherry Hill office attorneys provide a wide range of services including business law, tax and corporate advice, real estate transactions and development applications, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and defense litigation. Several attorneys in the firm's Energy, Environmental, and Public Utilities Practice Group and the Climate Change practice area are resident in the Cherry Hill office handling all manners of environmental, renewable energy, green building and utility matters.

The client base of the Cherry Hill office is diverse and includes many individuals, small corporations, medical practices, developers, national and regional insurance companies, and utilities.

Our Cherry Hill office is located close to the Cherry Hill Mall and the Old Cherry Hill Racetrack. You are able to find our office by car, train or air.

Car

From Route I-295 North or South:
Take Exit 34B off I-295 (from either direction). Once you get off the exit ramp, you will be on Route 70 West. Go westbound on Route 70 West through the Ellisburg intersection (formerly Ellisburg Circle). Continue on Route 70 West. (McDonald's will be on the right once you go through the Ellisburg intersection.) Continue through the next traffic light to the Garden State Race Track intersection (formerly Race Track Circle). Turn right at the Race Track intersection onto Haddonfield Road. Continue on Haddonfield Road past the Chapel Avenue intersection. LibertyView is on the left just past the Chapel Avenue intersection.

From The New Jersey Turnpike:
Take Exit 4 off the New Jersey Turnpike onto Route 73 North. Continue on Route 73 North until you exit at the Route 38 West exit. Continue on Route 38 West through Maple Shade and past the Cherry Hill Mall, exiting at Haddonfield Road south (toward Haddonfield). LibertyView will be on the right just after exiting Route 38.

From Philadelphia Via The Benjamin Franklin Bridge:
Take the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and exit for Route 38 East. Follow Route 38 East for approximately three miles to the Haddonfield Road South exit. LibertyView will be on the right just after exiting Route 38.

Train

From PATCO:
Take the PATCO train to the Westmont Train Station. From there go Northeast on Stoy Avenue toward Haddon Ave/CR-561. Stoy Avenue becomes Locust Avenue. Turn slight Right onto Maple Avenue. Turn Left onto Windsor Avenue. Windsor Avenue becomes Coles Mill Road. Turn Left onto Grove Street/CR-644. Continue to follow CR-644.

From Amtrak:
Take Amtrak or NJ Transit to the Cherry Hill - NJ Transit Station, NJ (CRH). From there head west from RT-70 W. Bear right onto the Cuthbert Blvd ramp to Merchantville, continue on Cuthbert Blvd. Bear right and head toward Hampton Rd, bear right at Hampton Rd. Take the RT-38 E ramp to Mt Holly. Bear right at Kaighn Ave. Turn right onto the Haddonfield Road South ramp to Haddonfield, and bear right at Haddonfield Rd.

Air

From Philadelphia International Airport:
Head north from I-95 N. Bear left onto the I-95 N ramp to Philadelphia (I-76)/New Jersey. Take the PA-611 N exit 17 to Pattison Ave. Bear left at S Broad St. Bear right into the I-76 E entry ramp to Walt Whitman Bridge. Take the I-676 N exit to (RT-168 N). Bear right onto the US-130 N ramp to Camden/Trenton. Bear right at Crescent Blvd, at the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto W Crescent Blvd. Continue on E Crescent Blvd. Bear right at Kaighn Ave. Turn right onto the Haddonfield Road South ramp to Haddonfield. Bear right at Haddonfield Rd.
