William N. Clark, Jr. joined the firm in October 1992 and practices in the Philadelphia office’s Subrogation & Recovery Department.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Science at Trenton State College in 1989 and his law degree at Rutgers University at Camden in 1993.

 

Successfully represented the insurer in the liability phase of a bifurcated trial centering on a fire, caused by a downed and arcing power line, that destroyed multiple residences. After five days of trial, the Cozen O'Connor team secured a verdict in our client's favor, having convinced the jury that the defendant power company was negligent in its handling of the call reporting the downed line.
