Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that firm members Scott Schwartz and Lori Landew will be presenting at the Association of Corporate Counsel – Delaware Valley Chapter’s (DELVACCA) New to In-House Symposium.
Scott and Lori will be presenting along with James Wells, VP and Associate General Counsel at ARAMARK, and Jonathan Rosan, VP and General Counsel at ROSETTA, on “The Legal Hurdles of Building Brand Awareness.” The panel will address the difference between trademarks and brands, discuss what it takes to build a brand, and the associated legal challenges in protecting a brand, including trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement issues.
