Mark Felger, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group, will moderate the panel discussion, “To Mediate or Not, That is the Quest?,” featuring experienced mediators at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 11th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop. The panel will focus on the popular alternative resolution device, specifically how to best prepare for mediation, the benefits of mediation, whether it is suitable for all bankruptcy disputes and the different styles used by mediators.
