William Walsh, Commercial Litigation Department, and Christopher Kende, Global Insurance Department, are co-chairs of Cozen O'Connor's Aviation Industry team and will be speaking at ACI's 16th Annual Risk Management Conference. Bill and Chris will co-present "New Laws and Policies that Impact Contracts and Insurance Coverage" on day 2 of the conference. With so many parts in play at an airport, managing risk is a complex priority. The conference will allow guests to learn how to best navigate construction insurance options, and create an aviation disaster plan.
