Mark Atwood and David Heffernan of the Transportation & Logistics Practice Group will be presenting at the American University Washington College of Law Aviation Law Conference - Current Issues in Aviation Regulatory Law. This one day conference will address the major regulatory and competition issues currently facing the aviation industry, including enforcement, accident safety and investigation, unmanned aircraft systems, sanctions and economic and legal issues related to air transport agreements. The conference is of special interest to: air carriers, aviation attorneys, law students, airline consultants, airline management, government officials, academia and pilots.

Mark will be participating on two panels discussing FAA enforcement issues and sanctions in the airline industry, and David will be presenting on drones.
