The panel will offer insight into best practices, preventative measures, and the necessary response and recovery actions arising out of a data breach. It will include a discussion of HIPAA, state breach notification laws, and legal and government enforcement actions a breached entity might face, as well as steps to mitigate losses and transfer risk through insurance.
