Barry Boss, vice chair of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, and Hayes Hunt, a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, will be teaching participants how to use cross-examinations to tell their story, to control the witness, and to impeach the witness. This class is useful to attorneys who have yet to cross-examine a witness, as well as to practitioners who have a modest level of trial experience.
