The panel will discuss the recent amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for economic crimes, provide an update on the alternative sentencing framework suggested by the ABA CJS Task Force on the Reform of Federal Sentencing for Economic Crimes, and provide practical tips for effective sentencing advocacy in white collar cases.
