Barry Golob and Martin Pavane, vice chairs of Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property department, will be speaking at the American Conference Institute’s Paragraph IV Disputes conference. Martin’s presentation “The Safe Harbor: Defining Boundaries and Preparing for New Ancillary Storms,” will address the scope of safe harbor boundaries and the latest Momenta ruling. Barry’s presentation, “Revisiting Obviousness in the Hatch-Waxman Realm: Prior Act, Obvious-Type Double Patenting, Inherency by Anticipation and PTAB Findings” will re-examine the Federal Circuit’s stance on obvious-type double patenting.
