Kyle Vos Strache and J. Trevor Cloak, both members of Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department, will discuss the intellectual property-related issues that arise during transactional due diligence in connection with major purchases and acquisitions at the ACC Greater Philadelphia Intellectual Property CLE Institute. Kyle and Trevor will discuss, among other things, common patent, trademark and copyright-related issues and red flags to be wary of when reviewing intellectual property assets and associated agreements, with a focus on issues surrounding ownership and validity.
