Vincent R. McGuinness will moderate a panel discussion about Pennsylvania's mandatory retirement age for judges. 

The forum will discuss legislation seeking to amend the Pennsylvania Constitution to increase the retirement age from 70 to 75. The proposed constitutional amendment is slated to appear as a referendum on the ballot later this year, the final step in the amendment process.

The forum is hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association in conjunction with Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts and the Committee of Seventy. Other panelists will include: Joseph J. Mittleman, director of Judicial Programs for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts; Dr. Barry W. Rovner, director of Geriatric Psychiatry at Jefferson University Hospital; and state Sen. Anthony H. Williams of Philadelphia and Delaware counties. The program will be moderated by Vincent R. McGuinness Jr., managing partner, Cozen O'Connor.
