Kenneth K. Fisher, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice Group, will participate in a panel discussion at the New York Advocacy Association’s program, “Lobbying Laws and Regulations: Office of the City Clerk, NYS Joint Commission on Public Ethics and New York Advocacy Association.” The program will examine recent amendments to New York City and New York State lobbying rules, as well as the different requirements of state and city lobbying laws. In particular, Ken’s panel will discuss how to determine whether to register as a lobbyist.
