Four Cozen O'Connor attorneys will be presenting at this year's American Bar Association's Health Law Year in Review Regional CLE Workshop. Christopher Raphaely, co-chair of the Health Law practice group, Marc Auerbach, a member in the Health Law practice group, Gregory Fliszar, member of Cozen O'Connor's Health Law practice group, and Aaron Krauss, a member from the Commercial Litigation practice group, will address several subjects in health law.
This “year in review” program will address four trending topics: Cybersecurity, Medicare and Medicaid managed care developments, developments in pay-for-value, and the move to concierge medicine. Each panel will provide an overview of developments, as well as practical advice on how to respond.
