Barry Boss, co-chair of Cozen O'Connor's White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, will be speaking at this event in Washington, D.C.

This free event with CLE credit will be a day-long law and policy symposium featuring key leaders from industry, academia, law, and policy from across the political spectrum. Faculty will address:

  • The rise of overcriminalization;
  • The inappropriate criminalization of what are truly civil or regulatory disputes;
  • Inadequate criminal intent requirements;
  • Overzealous enforcement;
  • Undue pressures on businesses and individuals under investigation and engaging in the plea bargaining process;
