Meridith Moldenhauer, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Real Estate Practice Group, will serve as a moderator on a panel titled, "Value Add/Renovations & Adaptive Reuse: Bringing Value and New Life to Class-B Apartments and Lackluster Buildings," at the Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) East. The panel will discuss the recent challenges of rehabilitation projects, including going "green" and adding technology to existing buildings.The panel will also examine which amenities are most valuable in a rehabilitation project.
