Peter Rossi and Thaddeus Baria, of Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation and Recovery department will host a webinar titled, "CAT Losses: Recovery Opportunities and Theories." The frequency and severity of catastrophic losses is trending upwards and warranting a fresh look at subrogation and recovery opportunities. This program focuses on identifying recovery theories and investigating and developing those theories from the time of a loss through the recovery claim process.
