Gina and Leslie will be presenting "Effective Practices in Title IX/Clery Compliance Programs:  Fostering a Culture of Responsibility and Accountability through Coordination and Integration." This session will explore effective practices to integrate the legal and regulatory framework related to sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, coordinate the institutional response, and build an effective compliance program. By focusing on the core element of policy, personnel, infrastructure, training, and system design, educational institutions can drive timely and efficient coordination of information and personnel. Gina and Leslie will explore the overlap between Title IX and Clery, the benefits of clearly communicated and understood employee reporting responsibilities, structures for centralized reporting and resolution processes, case management and documentation, and sustainability.
