Thomas Casparian, a member of Cozen O'Connor's
Commercial Litigation Department, will present, "Secrets & Hidden Pitfalls of Long-Term Leases" at the Manufactured Housing Educational Forum on January 24. At the MHET Forum, Tom will discuss two different types of long-term leases that impact mobile home parks and manufactured housing communities. The first is the long-term tenant/resident lease and the second is the relatively common long-term land leases upon which many mobile home communities have been built. He will share his insights into mobile home park leases and highlight "secrets" and potential pitfalls associated with long-term leases.
