A Question of Damages: Lost Profits, Reasonable Royalties and Exceptional Findings will be focussing on assessing damages in an at-risk launch scenario, determining reasonable royalties and establishing the basis for royalty, gauging lost profits, calculating damages for exceptional findings, understanding the rationale behind the District Court's exceptional case findings, and examining mitigating factors impacting damages award.
