Jonathan Grossman spoke at the ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting and was chair of the program titled, “Employee No-Poach Agreements – Practical Advice on Advising Clients in an Uncertain Legal Environment.” This panel discussed how “no-poach” agreements and other employee non-compete agreements have come under increased scrutiny by federal and state antitrust regulators and members of congress. It also outlined several not-so-hypothetical scenarios and discussed practical guidance for employers.
