Dexter Hamilton is moderating the panel, "Handling Mediations in Federal Court & Third Circuit." The panel will discuss different ways mediations are handled, how a mediation may position future handling of the case and how to make mediation as successful as possible. The panel, which also includes counsel for plaintiff and defense, will address handling civil, employment and commercial cases.
