This webinar will discuss the Federal Maritime Commission’s (FMC) financial responsibility requirements for Passenger Vessel Operators (PVO) under the Safety of Life at Sea Act. The webinar will also discuss the fundamentals of maritime jurisdiction and provide an update on the lawsuits brought against the cruise industry arising from COVID-19.
