In partnership with the Washington Legal Foundation, members of our State AG Group will be discussing the Supreme Court’s unanimous AMG Capital Management v. FTC decision that ends the FTC's frequent use of federal-court actions to pursue restitution and related remedies in consumer-protection and antitrust matters. Since the April 22 decision, both regulators and the regulated have been busy pondering what’s next.

Join us for a lively, moderated discussion on the likely role for state attorneys general, FTC’s possible use of existing, alternative remedial enforcement tools, and the likelihood of a legislative fix.
