Kathy Jaffari will participate on a panel titled "ESG in the Board Room: Counseling Directors on ESG” at the American Bar Association’s 2022 Business Law Section Hybrid Spring Meeting. The panel will discuss how to guide members of boards of directors on ESG topics. This program will also introduce ESG in the Boardroom: A Guidebook for Directors, a book prepared by practitioners and advisors in the environmental, social, and governance field.
