The 2023 Philadelphia City Council elections will be held November 7, 2023 for elections of all seats in the Philadelphia City Council. The elections will be vital for determining the future of the city. On May 1, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s Inclusive Neighborhood Growth Action Team and Young Professionals Council, in partnership with the Business Improvement District Alliance, hosted a Philadelphia City Council at-large candidate forum with a select number of at-large candidates.
