Kathy Jaffari will moderate the panel discussion “ESG Considerations for Law Firms and Corporations,” a webinar hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Environmental Law Committee, Business Law Section, and International Law Committee. The program will provide an update on ESG litigation developments and considerations for ESG disclosures. It will also address the impact of greenwashing claims on ESG-related corporate disclosures and initiatives and offer insight on recent developments related to due diligence under the European Commission’s CSDD Directive and other international considerations.
