Richard Holzworth will present “Trusts, Estates, and Cannabis: The Beginner’s Guide to Ridin’ Dirty” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Estate Law Institute. Richard will review Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Act and provide insight on planning and administration considerations for trust and estates lawyers who advise owners of state-legal cannabis assets. He will also address banking restrictions, tax implications, and ownership transfers, as well as the unique challenges faced by fiduciaries in the administration and use of state-legal cannabis.
