On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, Lyndsay Ruotolo, member at Cozen O’Connor, will participate as a panelist for the Virginia State Bar’s Antitrust and Consumer Protection Section to discuss consumer data privacy in the Commonwealth. She will be joined by other leading voices to examine the evolving privacy landscape under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and discuss lessons learned since the law took effect in 2023—along with what those lessons mean for coordination among state and federal regulators and for the future of AI regulation.
