Voting Rights and the 2026 Midterms: Election Challenges, Threats, and Integrity is a public forum hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Hamptons, Shelter Island, and the North Fork featuring election law experts Jerry Goldfeder and David Becker. The discussion will examine the legal landscape surrounding voting rights, election administration, election integrity, and the challenges and safeguards expected to shape voter participation and the conduct of the 2026 midterm elections. The forum will be moderated by Andrea Gabor, chair of the League’s government committee and a professor at Baruch College.
