Miguel Alexander Pozo will moderate the “Learning While Leading: Exploring Reflections from New General Counsel Entering and Thriving in Their New Career Roles” panel for the American Bar Association Litigation Section Corporate Counsel Committee. This panel will feature several attorneys serving in their beginning chapters as general counsel. Miguel and the other panelists will discuss how each attorney arrived at their decision to seek the general counsel position, past experiences that were integral to this new leadership role, and what obstacles they have faced and overcome along the way. They will also discuss the role of outside counsel in their work transition phase and how they are achieving what they hoped to accomplish in their new venture.
