Kathy Jaffari will participate in the panel discussion “On the Pursuit of Happiness - Judicial Power” at The Declaration at 250, a symposium hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Journal of Constitutional Law. In partnership with the National Constitution Center, the event will recognize the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by exploring the historical and contemporary relevance of the document.
